Terms of Participation

1. Member must be 18 years of age or older to participate.


2. Members join solely on their own risk.


3. Members must provide ebizv.com with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name and email address.


4. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, ebizv.com at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.


5. Members may not (i) activate or use more than one Member account; (ii) select or use a Email Address of another person; (iii) use a name subject to rights of another person without authorization from that person; (iv) use a false or misleading name, mailing address, or email address to activate or use a Member account.


6. By signing up for the ebizv.com program, Member is opting-in to receive UP TO 3 EMAILS EVERY 24HRS FROM cycle@ebizv.com. Please add this email address to your address book and mark all emails from cycle@ebizv.com as NOT SPAM. These emails may be for updates, account issues, Ebizv promotions including but not limited to offers from Ebizv members or anything that Ebizv needs to relay to all members. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your membership anytime, with the understanding that you forfeit unpaid commissions and unused ads .


7. Member understands that there are no refunds. Members receive ad pack for their purchases. There are no refunds even if the ad pack remain unused or are not completely delivered by Ebizv. Members purchases contribute to affiliate earnings, which are dispersed to the appropriate members (responsible for the sale) and which means, commissions are paid at the time of a purchase. Hence, the no refund policy even if ad pack are not used.


8. ebizv.com reserves the right to track Member's activity by both IP Address as well as individual browser activity.


9. ebizv.com has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel, at any time and for any or no reason, a Member's membership in and access to the ebizv.com Website and the ebizv.com program. All Earnings may be cancelled in ebizv.com sole discretion, and the Member may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies if such action is deemed warranted by ebizv.com .It is not our policy to suspend or cancel memberships without cause, but we reserve the right to determine what violates our company standards and vision and take the appropriate actions.


10. Member agrees not to abuse his or her membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement. Member agrees not to attempt to earn through other than legitimate channels authorized by ebizv.com . Member agrees not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind.


11. ebizv.com shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules. Any decision ebizv.com makes relating to the cancellation of Earnings and the termination of membership shall be final and binding.


12. Member's discontinued participation in the ebizv.com program or failure to notify ebizv.com of any email address email changes may result in the termination of Member's membership and forfeiture of Member's unredeemed Earnings and unused ad pack.


13. Member shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to Member. Member acknowledges that Member may only participate in the ebizv.com program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.


14. Member understands that the earnings and bonuses are rewards and bonuses on advertising purchases are not guaranteed in anyway.


15. Ebizv is not an investment opportunity, we do not sell stocks or bonds or any other security. Our members earn income based on the sale of advertisements both from direct referral purchases and non-member ad purchases. There is no guarantee of how long it takes to earn income or rewards, this is completely based on the sale of advertisements.


16. Member agrees not to use rude aggressive or threatening language in communication with admin of Ebizv or support department. using such language may result in the termination of Member's membership and forfeiture of Member's unredeemed Earnings and unused ad pack.


17. Spamming is strickly prohibited. Any spamming done to advertise ebizv.com will result in immediate termination of your account and a forfeiture of your account balance. Incidents will be dealt with on a case by case basis


18. Members who are in profit (those who have withdrawn more money then their out of pocket purchase) need to spend at least 50% of their income on repurchasing ad packs.


19. Once you are in profit there will be a 10% to 20% (depending on the percentage of profit you already have earned) donation deduction from each withdraw you make. The money will be used to push line to make sure that each and every member of ebizv.com earns profit as soon as it possible.


20. Member need to make a post at www.ebizv.com forum every time they get paid If they failed to do that there next payment will be put on hold until they make the post about there Previous Payments. .


21. Member shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to Member. Member acknowledges that Member may only participate in the ebizv.com program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.


22. Member acknowledges that they have read all terms and other information throughout the site and are in complete agreement with all terms and conditions however stated throughout this site.

If member objects to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to this agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with the Program, Member's only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in the ebizv.com program and properly terminate his or her membership.
